    Six people are killed in Kashmir as policemen clash with rioters

    SRINAGAR, July 28 (1980): Six people were killed, four of them shot to death, when mobs clashed with policemen in Kashmir over the weekend, a senior police official said today. More than 40 people were injured. Inspector General Peer Ghulam Hassan Shah said the dead included a Pakistani who was hit by a stray bullet while looking out a hotel window.
