NEW DELHI, June 13 (1986): India and Pakistan ended three days of negotiations yesterday without resolving a bloody dispute over the world's longest glacier, in the strategic Himalayan Kashmir region. Indian Defence Ministry spokesman A. K. Roy said the two sides agreed to reopen talks on the Siachen Glacier at an unspecified date in Islamabad.
