    Kashmiri militants call strike

SRINAGAR, May 6 (1989): Kashmiri militants seeking secession from India have called a four-day strike from May 11 and formed suicide squads to combat police action against it. The move is expected to result in renewed violence after a suspension of anti-government protests for the Moslem Ramadan fast.
