    Police arrest seven Kashmiri militants in New Delhi

    NEW DELHI, April 30 (1992): Police have arrested seven Kashmiri militants here on suspicion of planning to assassinate Indian leaders in New Delhi, police said Thursday. They were taken to a maximum-security prison.     Former Kashmir minister injured, brother killed

    SRINAGAR, April 28,  (1992):  A former minister in India's Kashmir state government was injured and his brother killed when they were fired at by gunmen, police said on Tuesday. Sheikh Muhammad Maqbool was injured and Sheikh Muhammad Iqbal was killed when they were attacked in the town of Baramulla on Monday night, police said.     More than 300 Kashmiri militants to be released

    SRINAGAR, April 27 (1992): More than 300 Kashmiri  militant prisoners in Kashmir are to be released immediately, it was announced here Monday.
