New Delhi: Hurriyat leader Shabir Shah’s enforcement Directorate (ED) custody was extended till August 3 by a court in New Delhi on Wednesday.
Shah was presented before the court after the expiry of his seven-day custody and the judge allowed the ED to quiz Shah for one more day. He was arrested from Srinagar on July 25 on charges of money laundering in a case dating back to 2005.
The Hurriyat has called the National Investigation Agency’s (NIA) crackdown on them as a ‘War Weapon’ against the people who want the resolution of the Kashmir issue.
