Srinagar: Senior Congress leader Tariq Karra has been accepted as a private respondent by the Supreme Court in the Article 35A case.
The hearing of the case, which has created a storm in the state, was deferred on Friday.
Karra, who quit the ruling People’s Democratic Party during the 2016 civil uprising, had moved an application before Supreme Court to empanel him as a private party in the Article 35A case.
