SRINAGAR, June 26: Three persons, including a paramilitary soldier, have been injured in a grenade attack by suspected militants in Sopore area of North Kashmir’s Bramulla district.

“Militants hurled the grenade at the joint patrolling party of CRPF and police at Chanakhan in Sopore, 52 kms from here, at around 12.15 PM, ” a police spokesperson said.

The grenade landed by the road side, resulting in injuries to two civilians and a CRPF jawan, he said.

However, no militant outfit has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
