Sir we havr lodge two complints regarding The J&K State Trust Board & Composite regional Centre at jammu Vide Complaint No. 77276 & 79325 both our complaints are unaddressed till date. Under SOP the concerned Department has to reply wihtin 15 Days but after three month our complaint no.77276 regarding JKST Board replied As “FILE IN PROGRESS , MARKED” Deparntment of Social welfare failed to formed Board for The J&K State Trust Bill 2016 for the welfaew of Autism, cerebral Palsy, Mental retardation & Multiple Disabilities wiht in Two years

Similarly C.No. 79325 regarding Composite Regional Centre at jammu which was gotapproved in Jul. 2013 neither established nor started in rented building as other were oprating in rest of the country.
Therefore we request to established a separate Department for Disability on the line of Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment because this department can not do justice with Disabled people of the state.
    Regard.
