EJAC demands implementation of medical insurance scheme for pensioners

Naveen Choudry assures delegation for incorporating pensioners in medical insurance scheme

Srinagar: A delegation lead by EJAC president Ab Qayoom Wani called on the principal secretary to finance Naveen Choudry to demand inclusion of pensioners in medical insurance scheme which is scheduled to be implemented in the month of February 2018.

According to EJAC, Chaudhary  assured that pensioners will be included and process for their inclusion has been started.

Choudhary also clarified that there will be no delay in implementation of 7th pay commission and ‘rumors on social networking sites is the handwork of miscreants who have posted the statement quoting Chief minister issued two years age to create panic among employees’.

Choudhary said there will be timely implementation of agreement regarding 7th pay commission on govt and public sector employees.

EJAC president Wani appealed to the employees to be united and said that the employees joint action committee is seriously monitoring the progress regarding.
