Srinagar: A powerful IED blast took place in the Sopore town of Baramulla district on Saturday. The blast has killed at least four policemen and has injured several others.
According to locals, many shops in the area were also damaged. The IED was placed beneath a shop.
Inspector General of Police Munir Khan confirmed that four policemen were killed in the incident.
