Jammu: The opposition on Saturday cornered the Bhartiya Janta Party for failing to protect the lives of the border resident amid growing ceasefire violations across the Line of Control.
Yesterday, five people, including a Army man and a BSF personnel was killed on the International Border and the Line of Control along the Pir Panjal region of Jammu.
The entire opposition was up in arms against the Goverment for failing to protect the lives of civilians and personnel along the border.
“What are you doing here? Go and fight on borders,” shouted the members of the opposition while targeting the government.
Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra, the opposition reminded the BJP that how they used to say that they will behead ten enemy soldier against the beheading of one soldier.
“Where is 56-inch chest? asked the opposition.
Later, the entire opposition staged walkout from the House.
