After suspected militants decamped with three rifles from a hotel in Dalgate area of Srinagar, National Conference Working President Omar Abdullah lashed out at CM Mehbooba Mufti and asked her to acknowledge the failings of her administration.
Omar, in a tweet said that Mehbooba, at some point needs to stop looking at New Delhi and Islamabad to bail her out.

On Thursday evening, three rifles went ‘missing’ from a Police Post in Dalgate. Quoting IGP Kashmir Range SP Pani, GNS news agency reported that three rifles have gone missing from police post outside a hotel at Buchwara, Dalgate. “We are investigating as to how these weapons went missing,” the report quoted the IGP as having said.However, Hizbul Mujahideen released a picture of the weapons which went missing from the post.
According to reports, the outfit has released the photos on its Facebook account named ”Hamzah Hizbi”. Two J&K policemen were detained for questioning after they reported to the authority that a group of armed terrorists had attacked their guard post and took away their rifles.
