A massive search operation in Panar forests of Bandipora district has entered the 5th day on Wednesday. With special commandos and paratroopers on the job, intermittent exchange of gunfire was still on between the militants and forces.
There are unconfirmed reports that a militant has been killed.
Though there was a brief lull in gunfire yesterday, massive exchange of fire was reported in the night, officials said. Since then the exchange of gunfire was on, they said.
