Srinagar: Police Monday said that a woman was stabbed by few individuals at her home in Hajin Bandipora on Sunday evening.
“Few individuals yesterday evening forced their entry inside the house of Abdul Majid Dar at Hajin Bandipora and attacked her wife Shakeela Bano with Knives,” police said in a statement.
Shakeela received multiple stab wounds and was immediately evacuated to the hospital for medical treatment. She was later shifted to SKIMS College Bemina however she succumbed to her injuries.
