Srinagar: A civilian was injured in a shootout after militants fired several shots at an army camp in Khudwani of south Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Thursday morning.
According to reports, militants fired several shots at an army camp in Khudwani during wee hours. The army men retaliated, leading to a brief exchange of fire.
The civilian, identified as Muskaan Jan of Wanigund, suffered a bullet injury in the firing incident. She was rushed to a hospital in Qaimoh for treatment.
