Omar had agreed to BJP’s demand of rotational CM in 2014, claims Sajad Lone

Srinagar: Peoples Conference chairman Sajad Gani Lone on Tuesday claimed that National Conference vice-president Omar Abdullah met BJP President after the 2014 polls to seek his support for becoming Chief Minister, reported the KNS.

Addressing thousands of people in Handwara town, Sajad said Omar met BJP President along with two other persons after 2014 polls for working out power sharing pact in the State.

He also claimed that Omar had agreed to BJP’s demand for rotational chief minister. “As per the understanding, Omar was to get Chief Ministerial post for three years and BJP for three years,” he said.

In an open challenge, Sajad had Monday asked Omar Abdullah to reveal which national party President he had met after 2014 polls for seeking support to become CM.
